Estimating Assistant/Project Engineer

Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Required
Experience in Commercial/Multi-Family Construction Preferred

Required Skills:
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Skills:
  • Microsoft Project proficiency a plus
  • Timberline Estimating Software proficiency a plus
  • CAD/BIM proficiency a plus
Synergy Construction is seeking character driven applicants to fill a position as an Estimating Assistant/Project Engineer to assist our project teams on Mixed Use/Multi-Family and Commercial Construction projects. If hired, applicant will be expected to communicate with subcontractors (via phone, email and in person) to obtain competitive bids on prospective projects, follow up with subcontractors, and maintain our subcontractor database. Applicant will also assist the project team on a large ongoing mixed-use project with various tracking logs, documentation, etc. The position will require strong organizational skills and a lot of time on the phone. This position is full time with our full benefit package.
