Project Type» Multi-Family Housing and Renovation
Project Status» Under Construction

Location
Maple Valley, WA

Description
Passage Point Supportive Housing consists of the total renovation of the former King County Cedar Hills Alcohol Treatment Facility. This facility will allow the YWCA to provide 46 units of housing for parents coming out of the prison system to reunite with their children. The old abandoned buildings are being taken down to a shell and then completely reconstructed including new roofs, siding, and interiors. The site utilities are being upgraded and the buildings will be protected by all new fire sprinkler systems.
